UPDATE on Computer Virus

Well, I am back up and running. After hours of playing with the computer, my tech guy and I decided to reinstall Windows 7. During this long and arduous task (more for my tech guy) we talked about Microsoft and how a neighbor disdained it. Josh, my tech guy, mentioned that he does as well and that he runs Linux. So did my neighbor. So, to cut to the chase, I am dual loading these two programs, Windows 7, and Linux Ubuntu. I imagine I will ween myself off of Microsoft and merge into Linux. A natural course I imagine for Internet hobbyists. Since I am completely a noob with Linux, feel free to give me any advice that helped you get into the program and its features smoothly. I have yet to really play with it… as I am reauthorizing all my programs I bought (its all freeware on Linux I guess). There are a few programs I love that i have purchased. I love the AVS stuff. If someone can point me to a similar program. Its video file changing capabilities and audio file conversion stuff is of legends. I also use a program called Replay Video Capture. I use this a lot as well… if anyone knows of a similar program, let me know. ALSO, can my i-pod still work with Linux????? I will search for this stuff, but if anyone knows off hand, please let me know. All I use Vegas Studio for is to overlay photos/graphics over audio or to blur a “copyright” (like ABC News) graph out. So I am sure this is an easy find. Lots of questions that I am sure YouTube will answer eventually. So I will start posting tomorrow (Thursday). Just thought I would get you caught up on the “biz” at hand.

A Couple of Changes for the Readers to Note

I have added some PAGES to the top right of the blog. Pictured below is a screen shot with an arrow pointing to one of the changed page’s position as well as three new pages that deal with a few topics coming up in conversation, as they see to do always — Good Grief! I moved my Conspiracy Debunker page over (take note of the arrow pointing to it below), and to the right of that are pages dealing with debunking conspiracies surrounding 9/11 and Iraq. I may add a few more Mantra Debunking pages later. but I figured I would let you know the changes as of today. Enjoy.

Posting @ UNLIBERAL-My Marine is Home Temporarily-Busy Season @ Work

A few things going on. I have my oldest back from North Carolina for 27 days… so there has been lots of running around. I have also been asked to post some stuff on another site, Unliberal. So some of my posts will show up over there. Make sure you come visit, the mix of libertarians and conservatives over there should make it interesting to say the least. On top of that, this is the bust season for Tragic Mountain. So I will be working a lot more than usual. So my posts here may be merely videos and small commentary. So hang in there.

Update On RPT-My PAGES Are Growing

Just so you guys and gals are aware… I have been working on my Pages. My most recent page that I added is

eBooks & Audio

which are library links to large collections of free books, many of which are required reading for seminary students who study church history and theology.  Although a lot of political books are not posted in totality, there is a collection that is politically based. There are also individual links to books I have enjoyed in the past. They fit a variety of situations or topics. You are more than welcome to email me — see the “BIO” page to email me. This page will grow like the “Quotes” page will.

I added the “Bloggroll” to save load time on the front page. I added a “Support RPT” to encourage you to keep me employed not by asking for $$$ but to get you a %%% off of merchandise which will keep me working in a buddy’s shop. I added the anti-conspiracy page “C-O-N Debunker” and of course added the “Quotes” page (which will always grow). Don’t forget the “Support” page if you feel like getting involved in supporting some causes or or troops, and the like. Also, if you want to suuport Israel in some way do not forget to go to the “Symbol” page. There are many orgs at ther bottom to get you to some solid places to support in some way Israel.
